In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, approving the codified text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and usersFlamenco West  answers tnon conformity claims during a two year period since the deliverance of the good.

In case of disagreement, within a month you will have to report us back your lack of conformity about the product, sending us an email to typing your personal information, the reference number as invoice, and the anomaly detected. In case of being manufactoring defect, Flamenco West will be responssible of the delivey costs, even the labor cost and materials.

The article to returning will have to be packed correctly for its return. The packaging must be in perfect conditions and bring all the original accessories and instructions for being returned.

The warranty documents included by the equipment of manufacturers must be read by the customer.

Not covered by the warranty is faults and damage produced by external events, accidents, especially electrical accidents, normal wear and improper use contrary to instructions we give.

Warranty will be invalidated in case the product is manipulated o repaired by the customer or any other unauthorized person.
